You have to be extra carefull with selections, try using pen tool to select the body parts. After that, everything will look better.

not bad not bad, but as vhs_29 said USE THE PEN TOOL!!!! hahah
this will help you make really smooth selections, and providing you set the feather to 0.2 or 0.3, you'll avoid all of your jagged edges too
make sure you have a reference picture - a picture you can use the colour picker tool on, that you can copy across the reflections for and get a really good out come
