i don't know if those wheels fit the car..
but you should make the rear wheel wider if you're planing to keep those rims

It's not difficult, just trace a path with a stroke in the measure you need, then on the "Layers" menù choose "Layer style" and "Outer glow" and play with parameters an colors for the result you want
