Very toony and also it looks like the car is standing still. Overall good chop, but the toony-ness is a problem

Not sure if you were going for a toon look or a realistic one, either way the idea is good but you can spend a little more time on the little details to really make it a great chop. So good luck in the future and keep practicing.
