Make sure the image is .jpg. Also it's best if its under 1.5Mb, and make sure it doesn't have characters other than A-Z or 1-9 in the name.
If you try all of that and it still doesn't work, then upload it to imageshack or photobucket and PM it to me, I'll find out what's going on.

you should also makes sure that its title isn't so long, that way you can still see the edit and delete buttons
