The car position is not really the best, because you can't do a lot with it. Bumper is not visible enough to make some nice shapes and also the rear one.
You can make some wide wheel arches and connect them with side skirts or you can brush the whole car into some interesting color.

First of all - would be delighted if you didn't cut your words. Allmost gave me headacke back there

For the chop - I like where this is going... But the car itself looks a tad low-res.
And personally, I would have moved it to a night background and brushed some nice light-reflections on it, to make it a show-style car.
