I found those pics the other day and I was wondering, how could I make same pic with a standing car, I think this could be done. I know, I could use motion blur, but I don't know, what to use, to make background look like here. Someone has any idea?

Its very simple all you need to do is
go " filter and Blur " motion blur " and set the angle you want and set the setting to around 10 -20 for the effect, just remember to have some wheels in motion as well

one other important thing is to keep the blur/motion in the shape of the speed...
hard to do but easy when you master melt tool

Thanks Glac, it really is simple. I totally forgot about that angle settings, I don't know what I was thinking

I tried it on some pics, it's not same effect as on that Focus RS, nearly because the base isn't exactly the same, with all that leafes and grass. I'll keep practising fake-paning, It has to go better someday

the effects on the last two actually look cool
first one looks more like someone pushed the man with camera because it has wrong direction of lines that are showing the movement

First one is always testing one
In second and third I made BG separately, first the road and then the rock and mountains in the background. It makes it better I think.

You also have to change the REFLECTIONS of the car and give them the motion effect.
