Mods are wicked, the only problem here is that the chop is way too bright for that new background just darken up the car a bit (and the guy too) and you'll find it will look much more realistic as a picture. A couple of tips to do that would be: Copy the entire car to a new layer in Photoshop, then change that new layers blending mode to 'multiply' or something similar (just experiment with it) then lower the opacity of that lay down as need be. Hope that helps.
