Hi all

Thought I would post these 2 wips of mine for both C&C to make them better and motivation to finish them off.

RX-7
Not many mods really, but making it as I would have if I owned a RX7. Still trying to find a donor for the rear bumper though so that could change. Still only 'sketch' brushing at the moment and ideas.

s'about goddamn time you posted the s13 in your sig... ive seen it a lot of times ont he forum and never known what car it was now i do so it's all good. The brushing on both at the minute is really good, you've got the lighting and reflections down to a tee. I see you're using a reference which is a very good idea, something more people should do. Keep it up i'll be watching this thread. Finish it to a high enough standard and I'll promote you.

If iI had to point out anything that you could work on, it's that the rear of the rx7 seems to be much more saturated than the side... you usually find that on sharper angles than the one youre working with due to the side reflecting a smaller amount of things in a bigger space, but the angle you're working with wouldn't tend to have that much of a difference in tone. Of course, now i'm expecting you to post up a reference picture and completely prove me wrong, but to me just by looking at it, it seems really strange. The brushing so far on the S13 looks rpetty damn sweet, love the highlights and the sunset colours. Keep it up!

I know, the plan was to post it up and use my sig as a link but hectic work and new gf put pay to any chopping for a while. I don't think I could brush a car without reference, especially a black one. I do plan on keeping up the standard so hopefully it will lead to promotion.

You mean something like this picture? The side on the rx7 isn't perfect but its close-ish to that of the s13. Will work on some more though, thanks for the C+C.

The RX-7 never went any further, the S13 I got as far at this but lost all motivation on it after doing the interior/windows/window trim about 10 times. It still doesn't look right but this chop is on my list to finish.

interior looks nice,try to fix the shadow betwen the front and rear wheel and u also need more work on the back.keep working i wana see this chop finished

that s13 looks killer, cant wait to see it finished, some deep dished wheels with copper finish would look awesome on it

How about these? Angle is right but something looks off about them to me though I am not sure that isn't just I am so used to the old ones.
