the colour seems too dark for the bg imho, and the neons arent reflecting off the ground... if you were trying for black paint, you need to have a a LOT more reflections.

i think its a nightfall not even dark so the neons not reflected well thats because i did it this way but thanks for your comments next time i ll remember it
