hi every one i cant brush yet so is just playin with colour balance & hue and sat,so any tips how to get this effect be gr8

find a light coloured car,
then darkern it, mess around with brightness/ contrast

then grab the dodge tool on a really soft brush, and brush on some really blurry highlights
blurr any strong reflections too
