at first i saw anti clockwise, then if i really concentrate it goes clockwise
the fact is she's not spinning at all, just looks like she is, so its not going either way

Has to be clockwise

it can go either if you can make you're head see it in the other
as it is just a silhouette..it isn't going either way...it's just an illusion
