1 - use firefox, never IE
2 - re-install msn, but fully remove it from your pc beforehand
3 - download AVG antivirus and scan your pc with that
4 - restart your pc
5 - clear your cache/temp internet files/history/cookies
6 - see if they work in safe mode

Malware Bytes is a brilliant program for getting rid of viruses. Got rid of atleast 3 hefty viruses with it in the past.
