Started this new project night before last, got a few hours in so far. I know what I have looks sort of random, but this is how it works for me...took the car and adjusted the stock color to make it more fit the lighting of the bg (at least what seems good to me) and then panel by panel I've started brushing with my new color. Going for a matte black. Somewhat widened rear fender that will be blended into the rear bumper. That area of course is still in the works. Jumped ahead of myself a bit with fog behind the car, but I wanted to see what it would feel like to have it there.

Because the quality of the car is pretty lousy, I'll end up brushing the entire thing before its over. But this is where I got after a few hours. Hope you like. I look forward to the feedback.

WOW! This is really stunning so far! Never thought of chopping a car angled like that but i see the appeal in something different!

As for the brushing, looks really clean so far and the shades are good. Up where the rear fender meets the rear door its a little smudgy atm but no big issue to fix.

Lastly, once the brushing progresses add some hues to certain areas of yellow matching the bg.

Also don't forget to overbrush trim pieces that'll help too!

Love the wip so far i'll be watching!

Little more progress made. Still planning to add more detail to the rear bumper...couple new body lines/vents in it or something along those lines. Also there's a few items that still need to be brushed...taillights, wing above the rear window. Wheels need some touch up too. Anyway, it's getting there I guess.

I must say! Impressive! Loving the progress! Don't see anything wrong at the moment except for the rear which you stated!

Looking super so far man. Only thing i can see and it might just be me, the tires on the left side are so far into the arches that it gives the impression that the car is tilted to the left and that the tires on the right are taller and the car is sitting higher on that right side...again, it might just be me but you might want to look at it closely. Good luck and keep up the good work!
