Nice chop! On small res it looks really, really good!
On higher res the difference between brushed and the copy pasted areas is bit too obvious and some of the shading is bit lacking.
Overall it could use a bit tidying here and there, but it is a cool piece all together.

Yep, and both wheels are broken. Good ideas, just need some details done more carefully.
