There is some pretty fundamental problems here. The reflection on the water is too clear and looks weird anglewise. Also the shadow, wheels and loweringarea needs some more work to it. (Put the picture on lighter setting and you will see. There is old wheel showing, other side tire cutting etc.)

Also the car is really lowres. Like the difference between car and bg is really big.

The ideas here are cool, but some things to do better. Nice job with the bg and wheels!
