You'll need to delete the parts that won't be visible (behind pillars and panels etc.) and then turn down the opacity of the roll cage layer. It might also be useful to play a bit with layer effects (I'm not sure if they have these on GIMP).

I'm not aware of one that's in existence mate. I'd imagine it's just very similar to brushing the car in matte black, but with less defined edges

Hello,
Can anybody help me with brushing of reflections of skies? I think that it has to be something with smudge tool but I am not sure...

BTW: this chop is done by one of my favourite czech artists!!! Love his style

edit: Well. I think that it is definitely combination of smudge tool, eraser, white small brush that will make basic white lines to smudge...
