Hi, these are the wips on my version of the Civic type R, I changed the color from blue to yellow, but I think blue is better, what do you think?

The blue for sure looks better, try to use the selective color tool when changing colour, it will work much better for you! the kit is great, there is just something weird with that rear wheel, not sure what hmm.

Nice start otherwise, but the yellow sofar is not good at all.

Have to agree with nordic here. I'd suggest lowering the contrast and maybe increasing the brightness on the paint before changing the colour to try and get rid of the 'metallic' look
