On a new layer on top of the lights, with a small brush (4-12px), 50-55% opacity, 45-60% flow, re-brush the reflections that you see on the original closed headlights.
To match the colors, use the "Eyedropper Tool" where the orig headlight is pure red (i.e.: body color) use the darker blue from the sky, where the orig headlight has highlights and the color is closer to pink than red use the various shades of white from the clouds on the background!
The reflections of the shapes dont have to change as you are not changing the form, you are simply replacing the headlight lid with a glass cover, this should make it easier to just copy the forms of the reflections from the original!
And a reminder that any black/dark glass surface is like a mirror, it reflects all light and shapes from its surroundings!
