i need to learn how to make water hole on the flour

i am not talking about litle river and splash water, i am talking about making water on the ground
i can try this, ( i think that is filter that is 2 or 3 effetcs there that im positive they work,, but my question here is this:

if i mark one peace on the ground and mix one effect water from filter is that all??

can you show me one tutorial or one link ? or can you explain me what you do??? i am tired to make works with the ground just clean and warm
