Delete smoke effect and water.
Add more contrast, make photo more in HDR.
Should be good

mmm very nice to see another classics <3
yeah, like KonradD said, you can play tricks on those smoke effect.. right now it looked like it's planar texture, but if you manage to smoothly put it in front and behind the car layer.. that would make difference :)

keep on experimenting dude :-d

I like the advice but I do not really know how to do that :)

Thanks for the advice :)

1. Find on internet good smoke effect. Clouds, fog in png format.
2. Add it to Your photo.
3. Erase effect from car, or if You working on layers, add fog effect behind the car.
4. You can add some more effects on fog layer. Brush it a little, give lights effect. Remember about not too strong opacity for fog.

Thats all 👍

Nice work Skillie, if you want to add a good Smoke/ Fog affect you need to add the fog in multiple layers to add depth to the image, i would suggest as many layers as you can but im sure you can get a good affect with 3
i would personally just use the brush tool for fog but you can use any texture you like.

for example the fog will be thicker behind the car and in the distance a lot thicker to a point you will only see the fog. and as it gets closer to the car it will be thinner with more noticeable brighter areas, once you get the hang of it, its pretty easy, and will give you that look your looking for. ( also try to add a touch of blur in the distance it will also help with the depth)

also i suggest maybe removing the water reflection and go for a tarmac road, increase the contrast of the road layer and copy the vehicle reflection over it (set the layer to overlay) where you want. play with the opacity and brightness of the reflection until it looks good to you, this will give you a much more effective wet look to the road ( you dont need that wave pattern)

i spent about 5 mins mocking this up to show you a more subtle layered fog affect

Would need to change the overall light on the car to match the new BG :)
