I started out on a program called Microsoft PictureIt!, that got me hooked on image editing. It was a natural progression up from MSPaint of course and I found it so impressive to me at the time.

Gimp is really great, its hard to use tho especially if you've come from using PS. And now that I've been using Photochop CS2 for so long I don't think I could ever use gimp again. I have heard of this downloadable addon feature to gimp called gimpshop which makes it appear more like PS though. That would make it more use friendly.

I remember doing some pretty nice chops on ms paint back when I started. Mainly rim changes and vinyls, but sometimes body-kits. Of course they look soooo bad now

Now I'm using Photoshop CS4 and I can't imagine using anything else. Though I'm still discovering new tools and ways to do different things today

Before I got PS I used a program called PhotoFiltre. It's decent, but compared to PS it ain't got nuddin.
