photoshop/wacom help

Can anyone help me and tell me what that circle does in wacom intuos?

It is so annoying trying to pentool in photoshop cause this pressure recognising thing keeps making a mess of it.

So, how can i switch it off and what settings do you use ?

I think the click is the annoying circle that comes up sometimes during long press, i get this quite often. Basically it functions like right click and gives some options depending on what you click.

Try this out it may help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X8Pind41eNc

I had this problem before and it's a "feature" in windows' own default driver for any tablet you plug in.
Here is how you can turn it off:

My computer had an update the other day and I had the exact same issue when I used my computer yesterday!! >_< (I originally turned off Windows ink when I built my computer last year, it just turned itself off... sneaky)

I'm using Windows 10 and for me the culprit is windows Ink. (I did what those video above suggested but no luck, it turns out there was more!)

On windows 10 you can type Pen settings which also show a while bunch of add-ons. I just switch them off.
