Nice start but try use this effect or blurry at the last.

Cool idea to make sth with this car!
And great BG, i wouldn´t put such a extreme effect on it but okay that´s my opinion...

The wheels look pretty good, but the front wheel is a bit too wide, try to improve that a bit (not the tire width for sure, I mean adjusting the shape of the rim).
I think a Fullbrush isn´t necessary here, but if you want to do that it´s great for sure.

Looking forward to the next steps.

I´m using abload.de, which is a bit more reliable for me.
But directupload.net is okay as well.
Just always use the directlink, and then maybe use BBCode (that´s how it would look like, don´t know if you already know that):

[url=your link]How you want to call it, let´s say High Res[/url]

Maybe that´s helpful, if not it´s okay, too.
