Modyfication style is free, You can modify car what You want.

You can find inspirations to tuning everywhere.

Rule
Don't copy too much from donors.
You can't copy nothing from other chops.

You have 21 days for make your chop.
Next You have 7 days for vote.

In that competition vote system was little different.
Write your vote for Novice, Pro and Elite but... I don't write who make what chop so vote was looks like that:

Novice
Chop 1 - 5pts
Chop 2 - 4pts
Chop 3 - 3pts
Chop 4 - 2pts
Chop 4 - 1pts

Pro
Chop 2 - 5pts
Chop 3 - 4pts etc
