It is just one of the 999999 BMW-s, and not so much left from it. But at the same time I agree a bit with the owner, next time we all should remove the licence plate.

Yeah if you're going to steal from me, at least delete the plate. Also it doesn't matter if my picture was on the Internet, I still hold full copyright to it, so it would still be my choice if I wanted it posted. I think I could actually sue for this, but I'm not going to because, well, obviously that's not worth it.

I'm sure it's not a planned "steal", nowdays it's really hard to find the true owner of some pics, even if it is watermarked... too many sharing sites and so on...
