I've heard that in Czech Republic since 1st Jan 2010 weed is going to be legalized.

is that true?

and how it looks if I have some weed with me in my pocket. How much i can have etc.

You can carry up to 15 grams of marijuana without being charged.
The Cannabis plant still remains illegal, but, from the new year possession of 5 or less plants will be a pretty "innocent" crime, and fines for possession will be like parking tickets.

If this sparks off some sort of marijuana, weed or cannabis discussion, I'll lock it down
