Hi all

The problem I am having is when creating paths using the pen tool for the following image


I would usually go
Select point 1 top line
select point 2 top line
Press 'Esc'
Select point 1 bottom line
Select point 2 bottom line
Press 'Esc'
Stroke path

I just installed PS CS2 on my new PC and now when I press Esc it doesn't deselect the path I was creating. I have tried searching for an answer but only found work around not the solution so any help appreciated.

Edit: Holding Ctrl and clicking blank space does deselect the path though o.O

I opened my photoshop and tried it out. Using CS3 and ESC doesn't deselect the path either. I'm used to CTRL+Click and have never had the problem with that. So maybe that was changed between the versions.

If I wanted a torrent I could find one myself.

X-Raited: I was using CS2 before too but got a new PC but this install it doesn't work. Guess I will have to get used to ctrl and click then.
