Pug 406 Coupé
Hi peeps,
I'm actually lying it's not really my car but it's what I'm driving at the moment. Basically, a friend of mine wanted to fix up some stuff on the car but 1, he doesn't know anything about mecanics and 2, he hasn't got either space or time so he gave the car to me so that I could fix it and drive until he decides to sell it.
So at the moment, we're just gonna assume that I have a 406 coupe as a commuter . Only big downside side on this car is that it drinks fuel the same way I breathe air, it's nuts... I mean I would drive it a slight like a hammer and I can see the fuel gage stick going down as the car reaches the 90mph mark...
But yeah anyway it's the a weekend car and there is alot of work until it's proper road worthy.
Specs:
Car: Peugeot 406 Coupé
Engine: 2.0l 16s 136bhp
Trans: Auto
Year: 2000
Mods: Completely Stock, just new brake disk and pads all around (Brembo in front and aftermarket at rear with ferodo brake pads all around), oil and coolant liquid tapped.
Stuff to be done:
- Heating in the car aint working (u can feel some of the hot air from the engine but it doesn't take the steam out the windscreen)
- Airbags light is on
- There is also an auto-transmission anomaly: Snow and sport light keeps flashing and the car stay in high gears without changing to any other gear...
- Big job on body work: Needs right front wing, front and rear bumper and there is big dent on rear left wing and side skirt that need some attention.
I can do most of all these stuff myself but lack of time... But ANYWAY, let me shut my mouth and show the car ( Only took 2 cause weather is crap... will post some more later)
