So here is what is all about, im working on a new chop and I need some tutorial how to make that the gasses from the exhaust tip are pushing away the leaves,same with the tires. Here is w.i.p of it so that you people can better see what am I talking about. My idea is to make the effect like the RX7 is taking of on full throttle.

for the smoke just get a soft brush and brush around a bit, grab the eraser and dab that around until it looks smokey. You don't want lots, just a little, and it should have a sort of blueish tinge to it.

As for the flying leaves you'll have to find a donor or brush each one individually, good luck

For the leaves, I'd clone out the area where the leaves have blown away, then you can make a leaf brush with scattering and shape dynamics — then brush the details in.
