Only thing that stands out is that the police logo looks very bright - it should be darker I think

if you center the position it will work better

I disagree with JSD, he's forgetting that there is a lot ofperspective on the view, so the wipers should be able to clear the whole screen

Only problem with wipers for me is that they look a bit thick, and the water it's clearing looks more like slushy snow that's built up on the windscreen, not rain from driving, It should have lots of specs where it's not cleared, then be clear where it is with fewer specs

that's right. the perspective could add a bit.. but for example the left wiper from the lambo can never clean the window in the left down corner!

This is looking really good so far! Good composition and the cars look great.

The reflections on the ground from the cop car's lights need to be more distorted and blurrier. From the top of my head, check out the reflections on >> Maza's most recent chop << for reference on what I mean.

Another thing is the rain effect. It does look more interesting with it but it needs a lot more work to make it look right. At the moment the rain is only in front of the cars. The rest of the background is completely clear, no rain anywhere. Also, in this version the water droplets look like they are falling straight down and without any effect from the speed the cars (and the camera) are doing. For example, there should be water droplets next to the subaru that are almost horizontal with the perspective to match the cars. Here's a quick example on what I mean:
