Some mixed quality chops there, I'd say low to middlerange intermediate, but the lines are a bit fussy regarding what is what here, but I'd say inter anyways.

The main issue I spot which is consistent is your windows! You really need to practice doing them. They are more or less to transperent on every chop, and doing windows is quite basic stuff mate. Secondly which is more advanced, but to give you a hint of where to go, is to practice brushing skyline reflections into the cars. Go to the pro and advanced sections and REALLY LOOK at the reflections that people have brushed! When you have learned basic refbrushing like that, start looking at pictures of actual cars, see how the refs flow over the car. You don't have to learn how to do them from scratch. Pro's know that, but most use some sort of reference and adapt it to the new base. But as I said, that is more advanced.

You have some fun ideas and you are heading the right way, so just continue chopping! :) Cheers!
