It's a nice looking chop. I like the color and the overall look and feel of the chop. However there are some issues.
But we'll start with the design. I like consistent styling that seems to fit together, as well as fit with the car. I think you have chosen a good kit hete. Everything looks like t fits together, the ss moves over to the bb in a natural line and together it gives the car a nice new agressive look. I also like the choice of rims, they look cool and agressive and fit with the rest of the bodymods. It's a bit ricy, but I like riced cars so it's all good!
Window tint is a nice touch and well done! A lot of people fail to do it, but this look really nice. Maybe it needs a bit more contrast, but it's marginal.
If we move over to execution there are some issues! The colorchange has made the paint a bit grainy, blue to green shouldn't be a problem so I am guessing it's due to the fact that you have desaturated it, as well as made it a bit darker. But it's marginal so it doesn't bother me that much. The larger issues I have refer to the bb being off, which can primarily be seen on the exhausts. They are pointing more towards the carmera then the car is. To fix this you could cut them out and tweak them a little. They should follow the same line as the hook you have underneath the spoiler. That hook also adds to the perspective issue since that gives you a nice point of reference to the exhaust and you can clearly tell that they are not the same! The second main issue I have are the rims. The back one is round and nice, but it doesn't have the same angle as the car, and seems to be turning to the left sort of. The front rim looks better in angle, but that rim is oval! You should shrink it together to make it round again.
Overall though this is a nice chop, nice choice of bg, and good placement in it. You could have cut out the car a littlebit better though. There are still some things left from the original bg, like on the wingmirror, where there is a bright white line for no obvious reason.
But like I said, overall good work, keep it up and these things I have pointed out are things you will learn with time
