I'd probably try to lower the saturation or change hue for the green area by hitting CTRL+U and simply play around with that, tell you get it right. Maybe use Photo Filter as well.
For the red part, for starters you can select the horizontal line, and from a small distance brush it the colour of the horizontal line in the green part. Rest just needs that yellowish tint that you can see on the other side. Try brushing it in a similar colour, and then lower the opacity, or apply a warming filter in Photo Filter, but I guess it'd have to be slightly less saturated in that case.
