ok i am curious how the voting will be set out for the bpc and how many will go through in the division and how many will get knocked out

Hi VTU,

This was something I failed to mention in the BPC Description. Voting will be automatically restricted to Pro Tuner and above artists, through the regular competitions arena. In each division 4 artists will progress to Round 2.
