Some times ago i was watching for a way to ask for promotion and i found the promotion request thread in this section. It was locked with a last post by Klaus (if i remember well) where was written that i would re-open on june 2012.
Now it is july and it still be locked. Why? it will re-open in future Or it has been re-opened in another thread? Or this way to ask promotion has been shutted down?

Let me know something. I'm only curious about that.
