Looks good. Is it supposed to look matte? Either way, I think you should try applying a cooling filter, because a car doesn't stop having coloured reflections just because it's black Also, work a bit more on the badge removal on the back.
Have you considered going for some OEM, maybe some X5/6 fenders and rims. The rims that are on atm looks kinda out of places, too JDM-ish for a German. Some rims along these lines would do it great justice imo:

When you look at where the bmw badge used to be, you can see a slight colour change, it's not a smooth transition - just a small thing.
The rest isn't bad at all
I agree with nicklas though about the black, needs a bit of extra colour adding

Looking better, see if you can make the lighter areas of the reflections bluer, more like the windows.

Rims look cooler now though, even if I can't see the carbon pattern

i think that im finished now..

The windows still look too blue!
Maybe add a bit more yellow hue to the paint just above the dark horizon 'line' along the side
