Looks like you've changed the rims, background and added an artistic filter. And to be honest, it looks a lot worse than the base 
The main thing I'd do to improve this chop, is remove the stupid artistic filter on the image, so we can actually see what work you've done on the chop. It'll allow us to point out mistakes in it, because at the moment it's difficult to help you improve if we can't see what you've done to it!
Please, please, please listen to what you've been told in everyone of your threads. There's good tips coming from everyone, just don't listen to the haters.
It seems like you're not listening to anything we're telling you, because I haven't seen much of an improvement in any of your chops. If you want to improve, and get to Inter, Pro and above the only way is to listen to what we say and keep practicing.
