Something I did a while back for a friend over on TeamLiquid.net (biggest Starcraft I/II community on the interwebs)

Inspiration


First sketch

So as you see, the idea is to create a similar badge of an inside joke of ours, The Grandmaster Blog League :F So what better to suit the emblem than a pen. I wasn't feeling the winglets right now, the composition sucked ass at this point. Decided to address that in a bit

Final version, around 3 hours of total work, on and off

(wow the text really doesnt work on a dark bg rofl, works wonders on a light grey one )

im failing uni as usual

but in all fairness, these dont take long, and since im horrible at keeping myself motivated for longer periods of time, i just work on these when im taking a break from something else, just chipping away, 20-30 minutes at a time ^^
