Sorry, it´s very hard to change a studio background into another one.
The light on the car is completely wrong and so is the shadow.
Very nice rims.

nice try , like closed said turning a studio pic into a outside pic / chop is hard
for now you really need to work on shading...
try some tutorials there are so many different tuts witch could really help you
