Ok we'll run through a few things that can help this chop.
1. It's a tad too low, whenever you lower a car just wonder if the wheels can turn, if not then it's too low.
2. Try not to use studio photos too much, they tend to be more difficult wo work with
3. Desaturating is never a good idea, it leaves areas looking flat and bland, If you want to achieve a black finish there are(to my knowledge) tutorials in the tutorial section on how to do it nicely.
4. That section of wall you've put in behind doesn't add anything to the chop overall, in fact it takes away from it.
5. That hood vent could do with a little more of a highlight around it's edges.
6. The colour change is a bit unrealistic, it's slightly oversaturated(check tutorials section for help).

Ok so these are the main issues with the chop, now to the compliments I can give.
1. Debadging has been done quite nicely at the front, just tidy up where you removed the door handle as it's a bit blotchy.
2. I like what you've done with the front bumper design although it's not symetrical, just look at it closely and you should see what I mean(I can't describe it without editing it in photoshop myself).
3.The areas you've brushed aren't bad, just try to make colour changes more gradual, like on the new areas at the headlights, between the lighter and darker areas try placing a midtone, try using the eyedropper tool to select the dark colour, use the brush tool at opacity 20% and flow 30%(mess around with these a bit) and set hardness to 0%, then paint the middle of this new panel, just go over it slowly once or twice till it looks right.

I hope that you don't take offence at my long post, I'm just trying to guide you to becoming a better chopper. I can see from your gallery that you have potential so hopefully these hints can help you. Would like to see an update soon.
