But the problem is MSN Messenger. I can add other people to Messenger, but others can not add me, because I did not receive invitations. I made another account and it can receive calls as usual.
I browsed through all the settings, but I did not found any item on which blocks calls. And compared the functional and dysfunctional settings, but I could not find any differences between them. I know many cases where I have been asked why I did not responding.

Can someone help me? Or do I have change the address?

I don't get a notification either most of the time, it just shows up on the bottom of the msntab. Have you checked that. Pretty sure you have, but that's the only thing I can come up with...

Except that in latest finnish version it is at the top of the window.

If it doesnt work have you tried to manually remove the program, clean everything up and then download and install the newest version in there?

There used to be slightly older version with that atleast i used to have huge unexplainable problems with.
