Bg looks a tad off to me, but can't quite tell - i'll be able to make a better judgement when more of the car is in

As for the brushing it's a good start. Just make sure you add in all the details for the bends in the bodywork - don't leave it smooth and rounded It's a mistake often made when brushing matte paint

But yeh - this should look good when finished

how would you suggest i place in the bodys shape?
