Yeah, it's whatever is in iTunes.
It's a Bowtie theme called Shufflesque and can be found here.
There's two versions using different fonts. I'm using the 'Pill Gothic Version'. If you read the post, it explains what that all means.
It has a useful feature to control the song playing. If you click it once, its pauses. If you double click, it skips to the next song. And if you triple click, it goes back to the previous song.
