haha olli, i thought that was your inspiration pic before i took a closer look :D

is the whole car self designed?

looks great anyways :)
Thanks! Yeah, it is a fictional car and isn't based on anything particular. I had references for certain parts and proportions, of course. I posted the references on the previous page.

I'm not sure what exactly do you mean by 'how?'. What is the problem you're faced with?

Well. When i make one object. I put (without turbosmooth) the uvw umwrap, no? I tried to make it better that i can but where there are hard edges the texture dont fit ok. And another thing. I use CHECKER for to see the correct fit. But when i make the map and i retocuh something in the object, my map, dissapear. And i must to make it over again.

Do you know what i mean? And what can i do ?

How do you mean it doesn't fit right at certain parts? Can you please post a picture in your 3d thread?

As for losing previous unwrap work, make sure you always collapse the UVW Unwrap modifier onto your model after doing UV work. All UV modifications gets saved that way and when you apply the UVW Unwrap again it remembers what you've done earlier.

Another thing, although unlikely, but there's a chance you have been working with different UV channels within UVW Unwrap. There's a setting in there that allows you to save multiple UV sets on the same model. Make sure that's always set to the same on you worked on before. It shouldn't change on its own but, you know, it's 3ds Max so it's got a lot of bugs. :D
HOLY TUCK OLLY!! that is amazing! love the render on the other page well done mate!
Thanks ChrYster (:P)! Here's a few more.

These are the most important textures.

In addition to these there's a texture that emphasizes shadows and another one which produces the transparency of the lights' and dial gauges' glass but they aren't that interesting to look at so I didn't include them here.

Only the model.
