the copypasted door and floor in the bg stand out too much for me
also some mistakes in the car, that show a bit, should look into areas like hood, door etc areas where is lots of brushed content, as rather many of them are bit toony and especially blurry

Just find another as realistic as you need background, that crazy mix doesn't look good now.

Nice idea to brush the bg, but I think...in left to us wall need maybe graffiti or something like this....she is too clean))) p.s. I like your idea with bricks, but the need more realistic

And of course redo the interior to the car

nice progress mate. maybe you could rebrush the parts that remain to match the brush of the parts that you added.
