I've started with the Evo, but my artistic background it's really poor, as I've written in another 3d is really difficult to create good reflections, shadows and highlights without a background (industrial design or art institute)... I'll try again in future if I'll find a good noob tutorial. Jackdarton tut is the perfection, but I need the real basis of the full brush. Let me say that it's not so difficult filling a car shape with some colours, but for the best result (and not a toony chop) shadows and highlight are necessary... you can do that with a lot of attempt. Fure sure doing the CRX I've found really easy working with a matte colour, it need also some reflection but is easyer than a conventional colour.
For sure for me, and all people who are not so skilled, the best way is do chops again and again, at the end for sure something good will born
