hi all, good discussion on the top 10 tuners, but if you check my post, the feedback we got on the wiki article is that a "discussion based top 10" is not suitable for wiki...

It'd got to be "official". I.e. the winner, runner up and 3rd place from the WTB for instance . That means we've got to have a 3rd party source publish those results somehow though too, hehehe...

better choopers are relative, people state legends as best choppers ever, altough we need to say that theres many many good choppers these days, with such huge talent, that we can not say legends are better just cause they started first or just because back then they where the best ones, everyone has theyr talent/ style, its a bit like music/womens/cars (the perfect for ones is not so good for anothers) i persoanally think theres choppers today that probably impress me more then i was impressed in all my chopping life, and i chop for 7 years

Agreed.Wheater someone is best or not shouldn't be measured by years of photochopping. I've seen so many outstanding chops in last two years made by people I haven't known before. From year to year level and quality of photochopping getting higher and higher and even best work from the past doesn't look as good now as before. I'm not sure if making that top ten chart is a good idea because I think many mentioned choppers doesn't chop anymore. And even if they start again it would be extremely difficult to match current level. Personally, I think I am some kind of oldschool "dinosaur" here because of my age and years of photochopping and viewing all those magnificient works on autemo forums just convinces me that retire might be a good idea

as an artist, i think you should evolve with new technology and blow people away with your talent, which you still have bucket loads of. Retirement is a good idea when you lose passion for what you're best at
