I was assuming you were using photoshop.

I actually don't know, had a quick google shows there is only motion blur on the gimp Vr 2.6

so your best bet would be to just find donors which are already spinning.. like so

I figured it out, for GIMP, I have to use motion blur.

No they arent and the worst thing is you have no freaking idea about perspectives. At first learn what does that mean .. I dont want to hurt you I just give you advice.
