I think I've found a slight problem with the spreadsheet though. When you've done the average score you've ignored the votes in which 0 points was given to the user for their chops. As a result, some people have average votes of 4 when only one person has given them a 4 and the rest have given them 0. In fact, their average vote should be a lot smaller. Look at DopeCreation for example - he received a vote of 4 from one person, and so he gets 4 points added onto his score, when he should only get perhaps 0.1 of a point added on.
