I've had this idea a few years ago but forgot about it.
A competition in which the goal is fitting a part from a given donor as photo realistic as possible WITHOUT any brushing.
Wouldnt take verrrry long and thus potentially gets a sh*tload of people joining?
Pure photoshop knowledge+skill
Voting to be done by a skilled jury or (guest)member/admin.

Got loads of people entering and its. Great practice for client projects and awesome just doing them

yeh - or some sort of budget comp,
often, choppers block is a case of thinking your design or chop isn't good enough, so you try and do more, and fail
perhaps limiting it, or giving ideas, either by budget, or a list of mods, would work really well
